I enjoyed this product a lot. I am not a gamer, but I have been using this product for cognitive performance in graduate school. I find that the effects of the product work best (for me) when I take it after a 12-14 hr fast, usually in the mornings. There was no GI distress associated with this product that I may expect to experience with early-morning coffee in a fasted state. The peak of the focus tends to hit around 45-min to 60-min after consumption. I plan on purchasing again.
